I developed an interest in real estate from a very early age. My dad, who was a general contractor, often took me to see different projects that he was working on. I was fascinated when an old, ugly and abandoned house could be transformed into a lovely home and beautiful gem in the neighborhood. This is where my love for real estate began. I started investing in real estate in my early 20's and I've never lost that enthusiasm for real estate.
